We will be using some of TOMORROW'S CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY TODAY with PolyCore's building system.

Invented and developed in Edmonton Alberta, Canada, the Polycore building system is an insulated and structural component building product that is revolutionizing the building industry. Structural residential foundations, with a
true R36+ insulation value.

EPS will not degrade like other foam plastics and retains its R-value over the life of the building, providing exceptional insulation. Some foam plastics are subject to thermal drift, which decreasing their R-value over time. The groove and spline joint systems also provide a superior air barrier, reducing or eliminating the need for poly vapor barrier.

We will also be incorporating PolyCore's Insulated Floor System into this project eliminating the need for in floor heating and yet maintaining that cozy warm retreat.
